How many hours left until Journal reset?
How doest that journal reset work? do we get prizes once for each team or every month?
Every 1st day of month (server time) journal will reset.
If you are top 300 in ladder, you are entitled to some reward based on tier.
Collect your reward at that wing something NPC.

Yes. Growth and exploration will not reset and rewarded differently.
