Self rating on support ticket system, rather than the one who submitted the ticket be the one to rate how they were supported through the ticket?
If i were to rate how they handled my ticket it would be NIL, ZERO, NADA!

but still, op might be trolling but… ughh. This topic is probably one of the best in this forum. A good example of think before you post / speak.
Brains are difficult things to use for a great majority of humanity. If you consider that our brain is the only thing that can separate us from actual wild animals where wild animals act on instinct. You can look at this guy’s post and see that his ‘instinct’ was motivated by emotion and devoid of thought and reasoning.
Op has effectively demonstrated an animalistic side to humanity that, if it weren’t for society’s protections he is being afforded, would put him on the bottom of the food chain.
I mean when I look at things from this perspective it becomes amusing and not as annoying.

Wait, let me get this straight… you want to give their response a rating of 0 or negative simply because they are not going to give you special treatment and offer you something that they are not offering anyone else?
They told you exactly what you need to do:
- should this be made available in the future, announcement will be made through our official website.
What more do you want? They even said they are going to forward your request to their dev team for review and consideration, and will make an announcement if they decide they are going to offer it…

Ah…Seriously you people. I know this guy deserves to get ■■■■ post but let’s all behave like responsible people and not drop down to the same idiocy level as him. You are worth more than this.
