How long until support responds to a ticket

Just to get an idea, how much more or less time does the support take to respond to the tickets. What if you have another way of contacting a support member other than the ticket.

They’ve actually always replied fast to me. Like within 24-36h.
You can contact other staff members in another way, but it depends on your problem. Some problems have to go through the ticket staff no matter what, so even if you do send a message to a forum staff they won’t be able to do much for you.
If within 3-4 days your ticket still has no replies, open a new ticket. Don’t reply on the old one, but create a new one. From my experience they don’t check (or can’t see ?) if there’s a reply to an older ticket, they only check the newly created tickets.
