Tree of Savior is not going to be the next RO, because they are vastly different games. There are some similarities, but they are very different in the end.
This thread is pointless, because the game hasn’t even been released. You cannot place a prediction on the longevity of your playtime when you don’t even know how much you’ll truly enjoy the game in the end.

I played ro for 13 years or smth. I dunno yet how many hours i’ll play ToS, tho i played 58 hours in CBT1.
well I almost exclusively played on kRO. It was amazing and I played for a little over 2 years.
I witnessed the uprising of our guild and left after we managed to get more than 50% of the castles at WoE.
It was amazing. Every single grindy moment of it.
I played to Ro for 10years. And here i am hopping that ToS will make me play 10years to it again. (Kinda hard to find a game that gets you for a long time with new games that always think just about selling as many things as possible they can while doing a new game and repeting the process.)
4yrs then a couple of yrs on and off. Did some Wow After that… but then Starcraft 2 came out and I was on it for about 4 yrs then.
Around 12 or 13 years I think.

Played iRO during open beta, quit for a few years when it went pay 2 play, started getting into the private server scene around the time trans classes were released, ran a guild for a few months, played kRO for a few months, then became a gm for a few years, did lots of content and database work for private servers until i found out about ToS. So probably around 10 years total lol.
