I got back from a long time not playing and after several atempts to enter the game, with the help of the forums o realised my account was banned. i wrote a ticket for ban appeal 11 days ago and they dont even answer. How much long will take for them to answer if ever?

Wow, you know what, someone deleted it and it wasn’t me.
They have just fully unblocked my account though. See, you have to create a storm to be heard. I am just afraid they’ll find another “reason” to block it again.
I just don’t like it how my topic was deleted like that. That topic could have been useful to a lot of people even though I bashed IMC and I was in my right to do so with all the evidence I gathered.

I logged on today and you know what I thought I missed the game but I am not too sure anymore. It might have been too long. I will see how I feel, that’s if I don’t magically get banned again.
I was going to thank everyone that took a minute to read my thread but I suppose I can’t do that now. Therefore, I will leave my sincere regards to everyone that helped or even just took the time just to read it. I hope we can make this game better.

sorry i missunderstood what u said. But is reasuring that i am not the only case banned without proofs and that the support from ban appeal is not present.
U see i sent some tickets to other support areas asking about the ban( initially i thought was a connection problem) and they answer almost instantly with a message(contact ban appeal).
So I think they are purposely abandoning cases they see they did wrong just to not give an excuse to players, just like they are doing with the game itself not giving satisfation of when or if they are working on problems inside the game, leaving a inflated community hating and even leaving the game.
