How long does IMC take to reply to support tickets?

It’s been 5 days since I submitted a ticket, but still no response.

Just gonna post my issue here as well, in case someone knows how to fix. Basically, the Lv. 4 Treasure Chest in Absenta Reservior is gone and I didn’t loot it, I didn’t had a key. I came back after I got a Lv. 4 key, but it disappeared and can’t seem to find it anymore. I checked almost everyday, hoping it might appear again, but it’s gone forever it seems.

Put more days there, i have one with almost 3 weeks, if not more in there, it is a freaking important one, i sent one to Steam also since it is about the purchase system, none of them answered.

Well, with the things as they are on Tel and Sial servers i wouldn’t doubt it be long to be answered, but even so, some are really important.

No that’s not it, I’ve had a friend check for me, the chest shows up for him on the location where it’s suppose to be, i don’t see it and we’re literally standing next to each other.

I have that happening to a friend i play with, but it was the collection chest from Tenet Church B1, i already did loot that box and put up the collection, but even so it still spawn, but not for her, she had to make a new char, i escorted her low Lv char there so she could add it to her account.

This might have been reported before, but it is a rare case i think, but still it needs a fix.

I believe the tickets time out after 7 days,so if it gets to that and you don’t receive an answer,I would resend it.

If they can give a copy-pasted reply, 2-3 days I’ve found. Previous to F2P maybe a day even. If it requires them to do some research and type a reply, a week? I’m still waiting on an answer as to whether or not Owl Burial Grounds NPC not appearing is a bug or a quest trigger for four days now.

They started responding to tickets 2 days ago, they are getting into it. Today i sent a ticket about a bug, they asked for confirmation in 3 hours and then after my response, took them 2h to confirm they were sending it to the devs.

They replied to my ticket last night…and said they would look into it…but my problem fixed itself…

Yeah I got a reply today too, but it wasn’t very helpful, they asked if the problem was still there for me and asked to send them a reply, but apparently you can’t reply to your own tickets, so had to make a new one…

They usually reply in a few hours. But help may arrive in more than month.
Unwanted tickets can be unanswered forever.
(Have several in my collection :D)

If it makes anyone feel better, a leading tank multi player game takes up to two weeks to reply to tickets.

They have been around for over 5 years, people play despite the slow customer service.
