What would you modify?
Grab Thrust at level 1 so you can spam it with your bunshins later on.
Grab Gung Ho because it’s better than Concentrate at late game. Because you grab Thrust at level 1, then you can only grab Gung Ho & Concentrate at level 3, which is enough to get the attribute.
Grab Moulinet because it’s a multi hit skill. It works great against bosses.
Abandon Keel Hauling because the enemy can move and use skills during the duration. You don’t want that.
I personally prefer Deeds of Valor over Mordschlag for Doppel. Mordschlag damage is weak even with the attribute. Not to mention its long cooldown.
Your Shinobi is fine. Mijin no Jutsu is an optional skill for me personally. You can either max it out or leave it completely.
