I want to host tournaments on my stream, but I’m not sure how the PvP is and how many people would praticipate. Any info on the PvP would be helpful for me 
pvp isnt even in the game sadly, u can only duel

The bad news is that very few ppl are interested in pvp(as far as i can see).
Community isnt big and maybe like 1% is interested in pvp, which isnt enough for anything competitive sadly.

TBH I’ve had the opposite experience, the majority of the guild that I randomly joined wants to do PvP. Seems like there should be enough PvP groups around, especially with Guild VS Guild wars coming out
hmmmm its kinda hard to evaluate how many ppl r into pvp.
i just made a guess based on forum reading / in game chat expirience.
As for guild wars, it seems that two guilds have to both(!) agree first to start the war. So you can basically choose ur opponent.
If this is true, with no match-making system, it cant really be something competitive. There r also no benefits if u win the war.
Im typing so much 
cos i dont think leveling is fun, so if there is no pvp i kinda feel i shouldnt bother.

Btw duel is not only 1 v1, u can get many ppl into it.
I had like 4 ppl in one duel, idk if there is a limit.
There r no teams tho, so u can attack any1 
Might be fun thing to stream if u get enough ppl.
