I like the sound of being a sword/pistol or dagger/pistol or whatever, but I heard recently that the circle 3 is weak. Is it super weak, or is it still manageable?

It is not bad. The truth it there is better choice for a rank 7, pistol shot inst very strong, but i have met some corsair c3’s and they are happy with it, if you enjoy corsair and you feel that it makes you happy, then go for c3, imo those are things that should be decided once you are a rank 6. Actually most people will change their mind while leveling.
