How clan wars are being done right now?

Hi,
As the title sugest I want to know more of how Clan wars are being done right now.

When I played on the first months, clan wars was like this:

"You put the tower of the clan on any normal map and then you have to protect it if another clan declare war to you. You needed to protect it for 24 hours of the day (your tower). But sometime later was implemented the “Neutral Status”. "

So:
1 - This still happening the same way?
2 - Clans that disable neutral mode are vunerable 24 hours by day when in declaration of war are in curse or was finally set a period for war?
3 - How this neutral status work? Can I put the clan on Neutral any time after disable it?

If you know the answer for only one question, I will be glad to hear (read) it!!

Yes, neutrality is still on. Times are terrible though, only dedicated guilds can fit a battle in the GvG time slots.
Guilds can earn TP rewards to being at top in their server, but most players in the GvG system are using exploited gears, hacks, that nothing seems legit anymore.

If you’re the guild master, I’m sure you can set your guild to whatever status you want/

Is there a number 1 guild on a server that you people can call legit lol.Because to me it feels like QQ’s all over again and nobody is legit because they are the top guilds.

To you ppl lol top guilds = cheaters

No matter what… sigh

War in arena is so dumb, IMC need to take out neutrality so guilds can kill each other in the real game world and monopolize dilgele farm

What do you mean? Now there is a specificy time for the wars and is no more 24 hours of the day?

There is a dedicated area now? Or the two system are in place? (I mean, the Area for Guild Wars and Normal Wars on the maps for guilds that are not neutral)?

Yes, of course top guilds are cheaters.
Everybody knows cheaters take the top spot at all cost.
