What changed since CBT2 ? How good it is in PVE/PVP ? Rate 0-10.
all good best aoe skill(earth wave+doom+rush) good swordman pvp class
can play dps or tank with 1pel
cata have alot of damage buff on earth wave and doom spike also reduce cd and cast time too
But isn’t Cyclone the best aoe ? Cata has mobility to go with that rush all over the map but Cyclone deal 2 or 3x the damage.
yes but earth wave have more aoe ratio and wider hit box and earth wave have knockdown that really good in pvp (earth wave>target knockdown > doom spike > knockdown > archer and wiz class gg ) you can knock cleric out of salty zone too.
cyclone good too but for me I prefer earth wave. 
You either go Cataphract for mobility or you go full Doppel. Cyclone isn’t usable mounted anyway.
Is this for PvP or PvE?
Both, but mainly pve.
Some points then:
- If you go Sword2+, it’s already PvP territory.
- You either go Cata into Circle 3, or you don’t go Cata.
- Dragontooth is the best Dragoon’s skill.
‘‘If you go Sword2+, it’s already PvP territory’’ But i m mainly looking for Two-Hand spear, if i go Highlander i can’t use ‘‘Cartar Stroke’’ and ‘‘Cross Guard’’, any peltasta skill will be descartable. So what you recommend? Only ‘‘Crown’’ and ‘‘Wagon Wheel’’ will be worth the C1 highlander?
If i aim to get C3 Catapracht i will need to spent more points in dex than normally, so i will need to throw str points to increase dex or finestra lvl 5 is sufficiently?
So? Weapon Swap is the thing in this game. So you can go Shield + 1H and easily swap it to 2H Spear if you want to.
If you go Highlander, then you won’t go Cataphract, they’re hardly compatible, many skills will dismount you. So, basically, it would be two different builds already.
Finestra 5 is nice, but HopliteC1 sucks ass. All you get from damage skills is Stabbing and that’s it, since Pierce isn’t worth it on Circle 1.
What do you choose?

It shouldn’t. You use Swash, then switch to 2H Spear, while mobs are gathering around you.

The gap in damage between 1H + shield and 2H spear is considerably?
2H weapons always deal more damage, with 2H Swords being the most damaging in the game.
