They have a 0.04% drop rate from both the field and HG Tanu’s.
I farmed one back in August post drop system update, total I’d say about 5± hours 1000± dead?
The HG at Tavorh Cave is a better place to farm than at Vega Ravine.
i was farming at the HG but ill return t here later after doing choirs on dungeons … XD i need to complete my stuff ive slacked it off more than 4k hrs already of game time… 
i just randomly killing monster in tavorh cave for AJ reward, and it drops!

but really, aside from collection, there is no real benefit in intentionally farming that flower, better use your time wisely. I used to be completionist too like you

Took me roughly 6 hours to find one (2 hours a day) with Oracle 1 + Kabbalist’s Clone~
Just a tip: Some of those collections are available via fishing drops
like power engine of sauga, tanu flower, hohen orbs etc.
I would suggest follow what ‘Myself’ said.
More alts you have = lesser time you will have time to do collections
