Before I only saw +11 armor and boots. Now I saw +16… Did the success rate in armor, boots and gloves changes? It is easier to reach +11?

Its more like the price for each equip that lowered.
If you check market, there are often items enhanced to +11 with 0 pot for really cheap. I guess people buy them and yolo to +16 with golden anvils (or maybe use the new ruby ones if they got them). Or they are lucky and reach +16 with regular ones…
