How further did you transcend your R8 weapon?

considering R9 will have better weapon than R8, do you spent all your shard to r8 weapon?

I only got myself to trans 5 with 3 chars doing Saalus daily. Those who trans level 9 or 10 at the moment are obvious RMT players.

None. Don’t even have a single transcended weapon.

8 atm but will go for stage 10 very soon

Lot of players have 3 scouts and even more.
Some also have necro afks alt accounts + chronolock too.
I have 10 alts Saalus with 3 that are 243 max, one scout, and one farmer.

Whoever transcend above stage 5 mostly will skip Rank 9 weapon and wait rank 10 weapon…

but seriously, when i compared transcended 315 purple bow vs transcended 220 best bow (marksman), the dmg difference is very very big. And this will happen again when next rank job release. Hopefully im not overinvested my R8 weapon

This^. High transcendence r8 weapon is good investment in the long term, probably 1 - 1 1/2 yr of investment before rank 10.

People can oneshot in pvp with those 7k attack weapons. Like 16k each Rush hit. And rush hits like 20 times.

Don’t worry, R9 weapons probably require a recipe which requires an ingridient which you can only get after successfully obtaining a “cube of the void”, which you can get from a one-time quest, which you’ll have to open 500 times, with each opening having a 80% chance of making the cube disappear forever and, to keep the replay value high, a 10% chance of making not only the cube but also your char disappear forever.

So you’ll probably be ok with staying focussed on R8 weapons for now.

Its the same arguement that makes no sense, technically every single item you own or will ever own will be replaced by something else for BiS so what, you gonna just use cafrisun and a five hammer until lv 900 in 2018, thats what you are saying if you give me that logic.

That being said though there is a reasonable place to stop, I would say stage 3-4 trans. is perfectly fine but god knows how many credit card warriors like Kirito we have that ask people all the time in pm “do you accept paypal” or the afk cancer-lock farmers that wipe their as* with 30mil, they go stage 10 without blinking.

for a non token user like me, blessed shard is a very scarce commodity.
Back when the cap is rank 7 lv 280, i never refine nor socket my equipment until i hit lv 250+ then i start gearing

your character is in good shape though, your attributes are in a good spot, 80-90 iirc, you said stage4 trans on your bow

you should start a new project, thats what I did, was a nice change of pace

Thanks for the advice! i think i will go for full support tank cleric, because it is easier to reach 1 dmg defense than to win first at neverending DPS race.

Just go druid 3 so with bis gear full int you â– â– â– â–  on rank 8 content @ 4700+ magic attack.
