If I were to base a PVP build around Shinobi’s stealth through Katon / Mijin, what skills from other classes are out there to detect stealth? Is there any classes that can buff stealth detection?
Dont think theres a specific skill to detect stealth but all it takes is an aoe skill to take you out of it, so either you have a lot of movement speed to get out of the area when you activate the stealths or its not gonna work. (at least in the pvp arena thing)
Not too worried about these 2 skills - Hunters are bad so I don’t think there will be anyone that takes it up to c2 for Hounding.
Scan only does a small area and you have to target it. The cooldown is also bad so I don’t think many people would go for it.
Shinobi for PVP is an alternative, with something like this:
How you would approach it is this:
- Use Katon for 8 sec stealth
- Sneak up right next to enemy target
- Cast Bunshin (will bring you out of stealth)
- As soon as Bunshin finishes, use Iron Hook within melee range
- Throw all Kunai charges
- Go to town with Highlander skills: Skull Swing > Cross Cut > Skyliner > Crown > Vertical Slash after debuffing
- Finish off with Cyclone if still not dead afterwards
This is provided the enemy team doesn’t interfere and hit you during this. Best used to pick off lonely guys hiding out the back of the team
or u can iron hook, bunshin and mijin for one shot
our dash doesn’t break out from stealth right ?
Mijin can’t one-shot anything in its current state, your clones don’t copy Mijin when you do it so it’s only 1 hit.

Bokor area flags and Dievdirby Laima,World and Zemyna has a hidden detect stealth mechanic.
Don’t think that’ll be too much of a problem either, most clerics would build priest / chaplain / monk / oracle / PD for pvp, don’t think you’ll see too many bokors in pvp. Statues, maybe but they are stationary and u can avoid them
