How does divine might work

I am unsure of how divine might works when leveling it up.
What does it mean when it applies (x) times?

Divine Might only increase 1 level of your skills. the “applies times” here is the times you use skills that have been buff by divine. Like this: You have magic arrow lv10, I buff you divine might so you have Magic arrow lv11. If my divine might is lv5 so you can cast 5 times magic arrow with lv11

So you mean if my divine might is only lvl 1 and I use a skill it will only be able to be used once until it goes back down a lvl?

so in my example, if my divine might is lv1 so you can only cast 1 time magic arrow lv11 and then it will return to lv10. The divine might buff icon also disappears on your char regardless of the timer.

Thank you for the answer and clarification, so its not a very good skill unless its high.

Most players take divine might lvl 3-5, so it will apply to 3-5 skill uses. It is very useful for other classes too. For example Quarrel Shooter Running Shot +1 level makes a big difference (more damage and longer duration).
