How does Aukuras Enhance and Restoration: Enhance work？

Copy and pasted from from tosbase,

Aukuras Enhance
Increases the HP recovery of [Aukuras] by 1.5 per attribute level.

and

Restoration: Enhance
Increases the HP recovery effect of [Restoration] by 2 per attribute level.

So, it Aukuras Enhance is only works on Aukuras, not on heal or mass heal
And the Restoration: Enhance will work on Aukuras heal and mass heal as soon as Restoration is on. Am I understanding this two correctly?

Those HP recovery values mentioned only adds to the HP recovery stat. Although Restoration skill has another hidden mechanic which is enhancing heal (by roughly 50% more regardless of skill level) and mass heal. CMIIW

which means that these two both only work with the Aukuras; but Restoration: Enhance would not work with heal and mass heal but only Restoration itself.
