While I play the second CBT, I am not happy with my wizard.
Of course, the current system is improved thatn the first CBT
I want to be an alchemist of the sixt rank, not, wizard, pyromancer, cryomancer, psycokino, sorcerer, thomatough, nor elementalist; however, the class advancement system coerces me to be a huge restraint.
Likewise, some user is really interested in class in high rank, not low rank. Those users lose their interest quickly.
The class advancement system could be restained the biggest advantage, the huge variety of classes.
…You can be an alchemist though ?
I think that’s intentional. The better/more interesting stuff is later so that you have to work for it,and feel accomplished when you finally get there.
I’ve done Wizard branch both tests,I get the struggle.Especially because I also wanted to be Alchemist and I finally got there this last time.We need some tweaks, and all classes as a whole need a change or two to make ranking up more worthwhile.I thought costume dyes was a good suggestion for this.
But if your complaint is that you can’t be Alchemist right off the bat when you want,I would suggest rethinking your interest in the game. That’s not likely to change ever, and would take away a lot of the motivation of playing and putting builds together.
I always feel a good game takes effort to forge your own character. A game without limitation / weakness may sound good in the beginning, but more often users lose their interest quickly once they achieved it.
However, the advancement system only works when classes are designed with synergy to allow class dynamic, particularly with the stats. Currently, it seems to be missing that relationship. Perhaps this is why people would prefer to reach the immediate class instead of thoughtfully think about what are the other things it needs. For example, in Ragnarok, it requires LUK for forging. In this case, being an alchemist does not require a particular stats. It would be awesome if they have SPR for craft and STR for dig.
Regardless, the more class dynamic it is, the more popular. People will start writing guides, and provide more user contents to make the game more popular.

[/quote]Also if crafting classes are moved to earlier ranks they will cease to be income classes because each and every player will be self sufficient with their own pocket alchemist/squire.
You mean bots as well?
I kind of understand your point but here is the deal with tos , at the end of the day an alchemist is a wizard and the classes you got before, like how the pardoner is the classes he got before.
It could be worse, it could be like skyforge where they force you to play paladin / cryo mage / some cleric? before you can unlock any other class.
At least like this tree of savior added some meaning to getting those early classes.
i mean why would i need to look for someone else’s squire/alchemist for roasting/awakening/repair/maintenance when i can quickly level my own and setup offline shops whenever i need?
I know what you mean, that is why I said Bots as well.
You are allowing Bots or Gold Sellers in this game to access money when they can immediately access money making classes. For example, Dig to collect materials.
yeah… I didn’t think about the bots Dx
If pardoner, alchemist, and esquire unlock to low ranks, bots will be abuse those D:
Thank you all for sharing your sights to me!
I was very low level D:
