You can’t imagine how much I agree with you.
When you’re ingame, 90% of the game is very much playable. There are a few bugs here and there but nothing game breaking, most of them were fixed with recent patches.
The game itself is great, missions are fun, hat hunting is fun just like RO, and as well as gem hunting. Classes are diverse, costumes are uber cute! and the community inside feels alive. GvG is fun too =D
Ingame community is pretty clean but the forum community is the vocal minority when it comes to complaints and such. They’re good at complaining, but lacking when it comes to providing possible resolutions.
I really hate how restrictive everything is. I have never seen an online game so restrictive to this degree even WITH a premium membership, and you can’t even buy your way around these restrictions because there is no way to buy TP. And if it’s all done to prevent gold sellers, it’s only hurting players because they somehow always find a way around it.
Other than that, I love the music, the graphics, the effects… the quests aren’t too boring and I also like all the achievements and collections you can do.

When I started with this game I loved it now I just lost interest honestly
LOVE: Class diversity, the look of the game,the hack and slash controls, dungeons are fine I guess
HATE: Storyline is uninteresting
All quests consist of the same tasks and the fact that you have to repeat the 1000 quests again to create an alt it just make it worst and there are not other choices to level up
Bosses and monsters are boring and they look so dull,I remember the mvps from ragnarok, they were so memorable so good looking here they are just giant balls that you beat the crap out of
There’s not other content than just grind

1 FPS is over-exaggerating, don’t you think? I’m pretty sure this is the only game in existence where you can get 0.1 FPS. 
Almost giving up the game for this reasons:
- I transfered my account to a server located only 700km from me, but my ping is like 3x higher than the ping I had in the Orsha server, located like 6500km from me, haha.
- I’m somehow unable to log in some channels of maps. I CANT log in ch1 or ch2 of Fedimian, for example. I get “Cannot connect to server” and get dced.
- Having to stay in the line to log in, some times with 500+ players before me.
- I bought 4 DLCs and aparently it was for nothing, since there isnt anything really useful to buy with TP. The enchant scroll is like 99% crap, 0.9% something good for others, 0.1% something good for you.
- The trade restrictions are simply pathetic. 48h waiting to get silver in the Market. Not being able to pass silver between my chars. Buying recipes/materials and being unable to pass them to other chars, since they become Untradable. I’M NOT TRADING, SO WHY I CANT PASS THE UNTRADABLE ITEM TO MY OTHER CHAR?
- Totally non-sense channel count. Some useless maps with almost noone got like 10+ channels, while the grinding maps have what? Hardly 5?
- Very slow answers to the ticket, with authomatic and useless responses most of times, and sometimes even wrong answers. Today I had a ticket answered saying that items bought in Market and passed via Team Storage becomes untradable, and its simply not true. Looks like he wasnt even trying to answer me correctly about my issue.
- Oh yes, and the very good optimization of the game. Its very nice to have 0.8 FPS and then crash in the high populated bosses, like Dullahan.
Love: The graphics style, artwork, the music, class diversity, class synergy, THE CLOTHES OOOOMG THE OUTFITS
Hate: Optimization, dungeons/missions silence, prices of said amazing fashion v.s. the inability to trade them to alts, female haircuts cost 50% more TP… that’s pretty lame and inexcusable, class imbalance, negative and downright racist attitudes of players at times.
Change: Pretty much everything in the hate section, along with faster updates and bugfixes. As for the fashion prices, i feel like they either:
-allow to team store the currently expensive fashion, or
-the fashion should be lower priced but unstoreable (latter would be better for business).
Add: More fashion. Marriage system maybe (hopefully LGBT-friendly), a try-before-you-choose class system, events, more fashion, text limit for every chat type and character-limit displayed.
Oh, and more fashion.
Character Level: Bokor Druid Lv.189, and… waaay too many alts…

i dont have a problem but yeah it SUCKS. i ran into similar problem in PoE but this game is like a fresh restart if ur class get trashed
People ask for mass pvp in a game that already has mass pvp. Guild vs Guild is open world mass pvp.
You know that what you ask for is mass ganking for people who didn’t agree to do that, mostly low lvls.
Hope no class gets any nerf, if any class is op, its ok, nerfing is the worst thing ever happened to mmos. If some class is buggy or need improvements i’m ok with that if it’s not making it too op or doesn’t fit the game mechanics.
The game is good for now, i mean, is amazing.
What i don’t like is some prices and region locks. I mean region lock might be ok for prices, but not being able to buy DLC from other region is stupid in every possible way. And like i said,prices are too high.
