I unlocked the achievements for black and white hair respectively, but the option to change it doesn’t show up on my character tab. Titles do show up.
If you saw nothing then it might be a bug.

I know. I only have the basic checkbox, but the achievements for the craft 100 and beat 500 hanamungs show they’ve been cleared. I think it’s a bug.

How does one go about getting this achievement?
Click on your character tab (where you increase stats), and click on achievements.
I did the “Owl Burial Ground quest” and received the achievement and pink hair color. After that i went and tried the “Hunt 500 Hanamings” quest.
The red message on screen that says “you got achievement x” didn’t pop up when i was done. The “Wipe out Hanamings!” achievement is listed as completed in my character info tab, but i did not get the option to switch to black hair color, too, only pink from the other achievement.
Oh, where’s the owl burial ground quest located?
How did you do it? I went to the Owl Burial Ground but the NPC wasn’t there. How do you start the quest?
I don’t want to take away all the fun. The NPC is on the owl burial ground map, but he’s a little bit hidden. 
I actually found a map of where he’s supposed to be , but he wasn’t there ;c
I just checked when i made the other post and he was there (Laima server).
It was supposed to be there, right? Did you activate some quest before finding him there?
I finished pretty much all the quests in that area, might also be a level restriction?
I used to be able to change hair color, but as soon as I switched to white hair, all my choices (including default) disappeared.
It was a bug. After the system maintenance yesterday, I was able to see him. Black’s still locked, though.
I guess it’s a level restriction, like Fuzzy said. I still can’t see him.
I defeated 500 Hamamings and dont get my Black Color Hair too, Sooo frustating…
I dont see the achieviment red message too… i think is a bug…
hi guys, just figured out the reason. you need at least 100 points in any stat for the npc to show up!
and after finishing the quest, use the item you receive. it is in the quest items section. then go to f1 > Character settings and your hair color will be there.
When you get the achievement you also have to go to your achievements UI and click the little reward chest icon that’s next to the achievement you completed.
