How do you awaken items for other players?

There’s no option for players to request awakening their gear, how the hell does this work, and who the fuq said we could do it for other players.

Ask your customer to:

  • Press F6
  • Right click your name and select “request to open item dgn” or something

Rest is self explanatory but make sure to ask for payment first.

The only way to do it currently as far as i figured is to have them trade the item, then you do the awakening and then trade it back.

Total of 3 lost potential for a tiny stat increase which takes a LOT of trust (too much) between two strangers considering IMC has zero history of rectifying scams aka templeshooter scammers.

System is stupid. ON THAT SYSTEM.

The items need to CLEARLY say the item level of the item so you have an idea of what level the moster will be when you enter the zone.

EG:

Roxona set items are a lvl 170 item and depending on the piece mobs will start from anywhere of 170-180 and then level to 200-210

Where as items like Khasti bow are again a level 170 item but monsters will start at 200 and level to 230.

Was caught offguard by this and ruined a potential on one of my items, so now i have to check a 3rd party database to double check item levels to make sure im not going to get a nasty surprise…

You can bail but make sure to stay in the party.

You go in a party with the alchemist, right click his name and a prompt will appear asking him to open the item dungeon.

Have you ever even tried to awaken your items?

er ive awakend about 17 things now u want a link of it all… and i tried to find a way to awaken someone elses items for hours and we couldnt work it out…

Edit: because you’re obviously the type who needs a full explanation

  1. You need to be in the same party
  2. The customer is the one who has to right click your name
  3. They are the ones who is going to drag their items to the menu and click confirm then to be confirmed again by the alchemist.
  4. The alchemist is still the ones who need to provide the Calcites
  5. No trade required and only 1 potential needed

Yes you just wasted 3 potentials for everything you just awakened.
