How do we report hackers/botters? Does it matter?

Hey everyone,

I’ve recently just found out that hacking / botting is a thing again (reality check, people cheat) and I’ve been looking around for about an hour now on how to report them. So now I have some questions,

  1. How do we report hackers and botters? Yes, take screenshots/ videos/ and USERID, server and time. But where? And to whom? The FAQ is extremely vague and says to report it, and I’ve seen forum posts scattered in different areas.
  2. Does it matter? Do the devs / GMS want us to report? Or are they handling this on there own?
  3. How do you find out GM names in game if you want to PM a GM in game? to tell them? Or is that not a thing?

I’d like to know this as well. The forum section for it is okay but it’d be better if we could do it anonymously.

Hello Saviors,

Aside from posting on the BOT Reports section of the forums, you may also submit a ticket to the support team if you notice suspicious activities in the game along with a video of the report to help with the investigation. Thank you
