How do used the instanced dungeon reset voucher? :/ - bug quest problem

I have a problem whit this quest: “Bishop Urbonas’ Whereabouts” in Ashaq underground prison 1. The IMC team answered and gave me a solution, this: instanced dungeon reset voucher

Bug Description :
There is a bug in the warp of Ashaq underground prison 1 , I can’t get to talk to the NPC Bishop Urbonas and finish this quest … I was in the middle of the quest and mistakenly clicked on the warp and now I can’t go back . … now I’m stuck here … plz help.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Talk NPC Bishop Urbonas
  2. in half the quest… get out
  3. Now try to enter again
  4. Stuck…

But… i don’t know how to use it, i think… SS1 SS2 SS3

i can’t get in and finish the quest - Extra SS -… and i don’t know if I’m using it correctly. plz help! Someone know ?

I think the only way is to abandon the quest and retake it again through the Abandon tab of your quest list. It really helps solve these “stuck in quest” problems. Go give it a try :thumbsup:

thx! I try that… but this quest don’t have the option SS … :confused:

The portal/object that you can interact to in order to get to the hidden area of Bishop Urbonas is no longer there? :open_mouth:

If that’s the case then this is terrible, IMC needs to fix that thing if it disappears after finishing the quest @_@

yeah … I can see the portal, but i can’t interact with it.

Tried using both keyboard and mouse input modes?
