How do I see monsters life on numbers?

Hello,

I have seen different screens where the life bar from the monsters shows a numerical value but I cannot find the option to activate it. Does anybody know where is this option?

The only option is to use an external addon.

The exp addon is allowed. No official stance from IMC about the map and monster viewer yet.
