What do you mean by that?

You can just upload it from your PC normally. It’s the 7th symbol from left to right on your formatting settings (right above the place where you write).

You create a Topic (with [SUBMIT] at the start of its title), upload the Image, and, follow the instructions that IMC gave.

I took it directly from the Event Page.

Apparently new members needs to post or create topics in other categories because otherwise there would be a lot of spam in the fan art section

I wish there wasn’t such restrictions especially when u are doing such an event though…cause not everyone has a forum account
I just made mine and i have to wait til i can even post :cry:
