I want to change my username but apparently I cannot. Many discussions say that I should PM a staff member to help with this issue but I cannot PM a staff either.
For example, I go my Profile->Messages->New Message and in the [Add User] box, I put in a staff member’s name like STAFF_John or STAFF_Ethan but they are all not considered valid users.
Click on your avatar (top right of screen) > click on Messages > new message > Start name with Staff and select the name from the list…
or you could post on a name changing thread that already has staff attention…
What would you like to change your name to?
