I’m thoroughly confused, completed every quest from settlement and onwards and now i’m stuck in mausoleum 4F no quests…this is extremely frustating, hate that feeling when you can’t progress need some advice. I’m 83

I got stuck around 84 too. You’ll need to grind a bit sadly 
. I’d recommend Rukas Plateau first room, but it’s full most of the time.
You can do the rest of the mausoleum quests at 84 and 85.
