Chat /y world chat disable and friends disable!
So annoying to play without this features!

Can you provide a screenshot of how the UI current looks on your end?
Yes sure!
Shout should be on top of screen! ANd you can see in the bottom left theres 0 chats! because only normal chats works!
As you can see there is no all chat /y world chat! and theres no friend list!
In keyboard/mouse mode, press Enter and click the gear icon. Make sure “Show Shouts on Top” is checked.
Be noted that nothing would appear on top if no one has shouted.
Can you provide a screenshot where I can see the whole chatbox? It’s behind the Friends box at the moment.
What server are you in? It could be that there’s not much people logged in at that time.
I take it you’ve previously added friends already.
Also, are you using any addons? If so, exit the game, disable the add-ons, re-verify integrity of game files in Steam, and run the game again. If that fixes that issues you’re having, you may either have an outdated version of the add-on, or that add-on is just plain buggy.
Though might be not necessary, try rebooting your modem and PC as well.
Im on SA silute server! Therese always shout in the world chat! A lot of gold sellers too!
Already remove addons and did the validation after and before!
