I wanted to download the game with Steam, but it says that i cant download it because im in the wrong region. Im fron Indonesia (SEA) and this is making me very confused. Is there any other way that i can download?

Well, you could use a VPN, which is risky if you buy anything from the Steam Store for this game since it’s a violation of their terms and could get your Steam account banned. Other than that, no.
