You get iCoins regularly whenever you complete achievements in the Journal.
There is an NPC on the right side of the first major town that gives you iCoin chests for reaching milestones.
Check by every once in a while. Also you can get any amount you want as its not account locked. Meaning you can get a good amount from one character and get even more from a second character. I have about 292 now.
