How do additional hit works?

I’m a cleric which equips an Arde Dagger, and I’ve been told that equipping an Arde Dagger will gives an additional hit after your normal hit, but from what I see the only time that I have an additional hit popping up is when I have priest buffs. Is it normal? or it just adds up with the normal one-hit strike.

Can anyone explain how Fire Property Attack, Holy Property Attack, etc. works?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for my poor grammar and English.

It works exactly like your blessing, it adds directly onto whatever damage you do. Except you won’t be seeing 2 lines of damage per hit. It’s best used on DoT spells like cleric’s cure. Insane damage.

Example : auto attack 100 + 154 fire from arde = 254 total damage.

Also nice to point that it is added before any multiplier, so if you are hitting an enemy that takes 100% more dmg against holy and you use sacrament the actual damage added by arde dagger is gonna be twice as much, while blessing is added after all the multipliers.

Yep, arde gets added to every hit you do. So, if you have sacrament buff and the cafrisun set effect, every autoattack will deal three hits and thus deal “3 * (153 + blessing + other bonus damage)” damage.

Yeah you are right it does NOT add any additional hits. As others said it gives its damage to all of your existing hits.
