I can’t find out how to do this… but my friends can… please help…
Since it’s F2P (w/o the DLC) when you go to its store page, Steam should say something like “you already own this game” or “already in library”. If you are on Windows, you should be able to click a green button that says “Play” and it will start downloading. If you are on an OS other than Windows, this button won’t show up.
I heard the play button was removed… 
but i think u should be able to pre-download after you purchase the DLC?
Oh. It was still there when I downloaded so… 
But don’t you need to have the game downloaded to purchase DLC?
They released a small patch: Game now appears in “pre-load content” state on steam - you can download it but cannot hit “play”. Not really sure how to (pre)download it now for those that didnt have it in their libraries before that update.
