Probably… not possible.
The englisch client isn’t programmed for that…
If it was an windows interface, i would say get the language pack.
But englisch client only has the normal alphanumericals and stuff.
If you want to chat with people ingame … try a discord server or teamspeak outside of it… easyer then working around and doing something that would be bannable (duo messign with programms).
I know that if i change to locale it might work but it’s too troublesome, and MS AppLocale won’t work with steam launch games. Just trying to ask if there’s another work around solution.
