I have tried to find out more info about this stuff, but not seen anywhere in game. BTW these items are included to game file and database for long time ago. So, how can I find them?

Even if it does exists, No one know where it is .
They will probably be obtainable in a future goddess cube or something like that, just like the Owl hat (which used to be a quest reward in CBT era)
It might be sold in the future, like wiz gothic costume. Hope it will come soon.
Btw, how do i get the armbands that are already in game?
everything was a reward in cbt xD
even what is now called TP was given for free as reward in-game…
