If you absolutely want some with some other items in it right now,the Beginner and Veteran’s Pack are now up in the Steam store.Although I don’t recommend it,it’s not a good deal for either of them.

Don’t worry about it,no need to beat yourself up over it.
But yes,that is currently the only way to get any at the moment.
The veteran’s pack does not have any TP. Only buy it if you would use TP for a token and enchant scrolls.
