As far as I know, new mount companion hasn’t been added on iToS yet, just in kToS.
At least the iToS patch notes that we got never said anything about it being added.

You do realize that the new mount really adds nothing you can’t yourself add to your companion? You can level your companion stats you know? I added 200 dmg to mine…
