The only thing i know is that you cant find one if you are grinding alone inside the map.
Does anyone know any tips to find them?
yes you can. i’ve found a few.
it’s random, with a very low chance.
I have killed 2 sliver mobs yesterday when grinding. Actually, there is no way to identify the respaw time/location of these special mobs. Just randomly respaw in random maps 
There are Silvers, Golds, and Blues.
- Silvers - give lots of silver, and some rare items
- Golds - give even more silver, and better chance for some rare items
- Blue - give like 1500x exp
You won’t get squat for EXP if the mob is out of level range though. My first blue after several weeks of playing gave me nothing because I was 20 lvls higher than it.
As far as how they spawn - its completely random. One time I found two silver mobs right next to each other. They were the root ground things in crystal mines 1F. But yeah, totally random.
I killed a blue hagural last night while I was farming for gems.

when a silver monster respawns beside you it NEVER drops anything
does anyone experience the same?
Yes. I killed a silver mob as it was about to crawl out from the ground and it didn’t drop anything lol. Probably because it still doesn’t have the “Silver Jackpot” buff.
they have the buff. I always check for the 4 leaf clover symbol, but they never drop anything
