How are people so dang lucky?

level 180 and i can’t get past 1.5m silver. rarest drop ive gotten has been the beetleback recipe which is like 7k… and mat farming isn’t a reliable source of income atm since prices for the simplest of mats is just insane, and demand will be there one day and gone the next. so honestly how are people getting so much silver? pure luck and getting rares?

and what’s up all other unlucky people out there!:fist:

(also i know silver is easier to get at higher leves, but im talking of people around my level with ignition and the kiracha or whatever you spell it dagger. i’ve seen so many mages runnng with both of em)

Just don’t upgrade your gear so much, and buy campfires instead of potions. That alone will save you a ton. Some mat farming is worthwhile, actually. Look for mats that are used in really good recipes.

This really shows how overpriced potions are compared to their regen ability…that and the SP regen system is busted.

just farm trash, and vender it.

collecting silver from the kills, and silver from all the trash you find and sell.
don’t even waste time on the AH, coz nobody wants to buy that trash.

At least you can make more than 1mi. :stuck_out_tongue:
My archer can’t sustain itself, and even tho I found two arde daggers, I’m always bankrupt. I can’t even buy attributes.
My cleric on the other side, at lvl 70, has more money than my SR lol

Do not try and bend your luck.
That’s impossible.
Instead… only try to realize the truth.

I’m level 203, hardly upgraded any gears (and if I do i stop at +3 weapon), always bring 200 bonfires with me(really, it takes only about 20-30 seconds for full mp), never bought any eq from the market and now I got 4.5m.

it’s pretty simple as don’t buy anything you need and farm it if you can, but if you do not have time then I understand. Even my venier, I farmed the recipe, and 12 lizard ambers by myself, which took about 2 days, if I bough it that would cost me 2-3m.

tl;dr: get your own stuff instead of buying if you got time and rely more on bonfires

This is the key right here. Bonfires are magnificent. Pick up 100, burn through them, and then pick up 100 again. They are very conveniently lightweight.

Best things i found was a fox mask which i enchanted and ended up getting something decent, sold it for 500k and arde dagger which im using. I only have 400k right now. lvl 120. I have another character at 105

Since i bought the $50 pack i had a crap ton of TP that I knew i wouldent use so i just bought 4(?) tokens and sold them for 2.5m each before everyone started trying to copy the kTOS marketplace prices xD
Then i found that lvl 75 dagger and sold that too

Been rolling in money~

lol ok, thanks spoon-kid.
Tree of Matrix? xD

see this is the problem here:
everyone thinks you need to master the marketplace to get rich

what you -really- need to master is your spending.
don’t pay other people to farm mats for you… do it yourself.

now i admit, this would be a lot easier if there were better resources for where to find various drops, but that will come over time.

I’ve been trying to get an Arde Dagger ever since the 3rd day of early release(hit 90+) and I’m still trying to get one, even had people help me try to get it out of the goodness of their hearts. 190 now, still nothing.

Guess I better start saving silver…but then it always pisses me off when I see every single wizard class have one passes by me while I’m farming/leveling(sometimes thought they were cheaters or the duplicators cause I was frustrated).

And for all those times… I bring them a gift~

This, my friends are already at 220 and theyre dirt poor because they dont farm, only hiking their levels. They missed out those lvl 120 weapons that cost 200k or 300k each. Im only 170, been there for about 6 days now, i only spend my time getting mats or hunting those 0.1 items, so far so good, have at least 12m worth of items.

nice, give me some  lol, as if.

that gif… i sense bokor…!

Yup, everytime i hit the level for new gear i always buy the best things i can unless its absurdly expensive. Probably why i dont have that much, but it doesnt bother me. I would probably have more if i didnt do that.

Im glad i was able to get an arde to drop or i would probably never have one.

You can get 1m+ in 5 hours or farming. Some mats cost 100k-800k each. As a cataphract my mount helps a lot in farming so it may not be effective for other classes. I suggest get the strongest weapon at 120 or 170, then proceed to farming mats and accessories, because majority are approaching lvl170 means the demand for lvl 170 items is very high.

im at mid 200’s in level 40 gear xD

nah! totally necro c2
