Hovering has 10 seconds duration, you just need to target them before the cloak.

no archer let you target them first
if the duel start they will smartly cloak before the match start and run away first, that will make you lose your target

Try it yourself, my friend is playing Scout and the only class stop him in guild war is a falconer

i play ToS since Kr grand open and still play in international server
no idea why i need to try when i already know about it

archer c2 > ranger c1 > scout c3 > cannoneer in KR lv 254
and
archer c3 > scout c1 > rogue c3 in Inter lv 258

so how can i don’t know ?

if you dont know pvp is available in Kr in the first month Grand open happened and people can use pvp point to buy exp card and items so no one skip pvp because it also have profit and make the game less boring.

Don’t try to be smart here, your knowledge about this game is too little compare to people who play and pvp everyday at Kr.

I was saying the truth, falcon can detect cloaking from Scout and you seem don’t know about it.

Can you show a video of where a falcon detects an enemy who cloaks before even being onscreen of the falconeer?
I dont think it works that way.

If you’re a SR you can use Retreat Shot and walk randomly, 70%+ success rate.

I agree with you, a player who is using cloak when the duel starts is a junk player thats why we have cloak for our 1st hit advantage.
