Cannot put skills on hotkeys/skillbar slots. When placing skills in slot,

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Grab skill
2. Put on Skill bar
3. Nothing appears

This may have been the fault of an addon. Testing to see.

The addon Remaining Counter is the cause of this problem. Remove it to fix.

Remove addons. It should be the addon “remaining counter” that’s causing this
