Just some hotkey suggestions:
-1 Additional underlying hotkey bar for skills/items/quick cast
on 1st, 2nd and 3rd row.

Skill 1 on “A” skill 2 on “A2”
Skill 3 on “Q” skill 4 on “Q2”
etc.

When skill 1 goes into cool down
skill 2 will become usable on the"A" hotkey
when skill 2 is used it switches back automatic

When skill 1 is used and goes into cool down
but skill 2 is not being used and skill 1 is back from cool down
and ready to be used, skill 1 switches back automatic and becomes hotkey “A”

Using an assigned key+“A” (example: alt+A) will manually trigger “skill 2” “A2”
“Skill 1” will remain hotkey “A”
skill 2 remains hotkey “A2” and goes into cool down
*Optional setting: underlying hotkey bar automatic switching (on/off)
-2 Make mouse scroll zoom in/out assignable as hotkey
-3 Make “V , B , n , m” assignable as hotkeys
-4 Make emotes assignable to hotkeys
