I’m frustrated with this support

I paid for the product and want to use it without having to wait a month

This horrible support … made me wait 5 days and did not solve my problem !!!

I’ve never seen this kind of thing in any online game.

My patience ended this horrible support.

I’m going to send a steam ticket asking for my money spent on this game.

disgusting :rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage::rage:

any imc here, Can you explain this?

really do not understand, I want to use my tp as I want, this is too much to ask?

This is one of their features to stop abuse or whatever. It used to not be like this. I agree that it makes no sense.
Maybe you can explain it to Steam, showing them the screenshots, and Steam can agree to refunding it (and maybe stop IMC from putting this kind of… senseless restrictions).

I’m not sure if refunding can get IMC to ban you though (some games do it), but you might not care at this point, anyway.

Steam warned me that I could be banned, but honestly I do not care anymore.
I just want my money back and get out of this game, this is too much abuse!

Sorry for the inconvenience, especially regarding TP problems. We have extra verification processes to prevent abnormal influxes of premium items. Therefore it takes some time.

Look, I do not care, I just want to use my TP quietly.

I do not want to send a ticket and wait another 5 days until I receive a response.

Will someone on the staff solve my problem?
or not?

so, i understand IMC now. they can’t do anything. we have to wait for steam itself to prove our acc first. might take about 2 weeks or more. some of my friends said that around 2 - 4 weeks.

My mistake - Steam verification is horribly delayed (it’s been a month, damnit)

Edited to remove undue blame.

but that is STEAM fault not IMC fault

Alright, removed this. It was my mistake.

IMC is pending Steam’s verification - Which is horribly weird, since i’ve bought WAAY more than the 5 dollars required per their own Steam FAQ https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3330-IAGK-7663

Unless Steam requires you to do this step? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4530-WROA-3278 (Which dosen’t make sense, since i’ve bought TOS DLCs) Goddamnit Valve.

Hello! Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience the TP limit may have caused you. The system is put in place to prevent fraudulent buyers. :sob: As @STAFF_Yuri said, it can take some time to properly verify accounts. But please feel free to PM me and I will double check your situation.
