Hoplite's Spear Lunge

Hello,

I am going to build a Peltasta > Hoplite semi-tanker and I realize the Hoplite’s skill “Spear Lunge” can cause targets vulnerable to pierce attack.

Would someone please tell me if this vulnerability effect will scale up with higher skill level?

If not, I think I will invest only one point in it.

I think that skill is no longer available.

Really? I can still find it in the skill simulator.
Did they remove it?

It showed up when I did my R4 advancement, although I went towards cataphract so not 100% sure if it’s available as hoplite C2.
