Is it worth using this attribute? It increases the skill cd from 30s to 45s.

I have never noticed that it increases cd for pierce (nor its anywhere in description)… Does the penalty drop with the lvl of attribute? Got it at lvl 5 and it only adds 3 seconds.
You are correct, it is only 3 seconds. 45 seconds was the old Pierce cool-down. That makes it 33 seconds in our current version using the attribute.
So yeah, it is worth using.
