Iunno looks like hop3 has basically been buffed back into relevance.

New finestra +block is crazy @ 250% !?!??

All their skills do decent damage now too. Anyways the “classic” Pelt Hop3 Dop Goon is good again.

finally making my pelt-hop-dop-goon. Too bad it looks like dragoon will be nerfed.

Are there other viable builds for hoplite, especially hop 3?

Iunno don’t see why you’d go anything but goon with hop3 base. They’re perfect compliments of each other.

Well, even before the changes happen Finestra was and still a good buff.
150crit? 30%block? Currently its comparable to DOV, while HighGuard being Gung-Ho.

the 30% block is crap actually lol. 150 crit was also pretty bad. (all imo)

but 250% now we’re talking xD

30% is still useful to me since I hold my Guard up bolstering my block rate when PB is down and manual evasion is impossible. :kissing:

But yeah, Id agree it’s utter crap when not actively defending.

it doesn’t give 30% to your active block though, it’s only 30% more of your passive block. Manual block is fun as hell though, I miss that ■■■■ xD

Does this mean PelHop is going to be comparable (or better?) than Stone Skin? Or was that skill buffed too (especially in the CD department since it only had about 50% uptime)?

I’m not really considering any hybrid/pvp builds since I don’t plan on touching pvp anytime soon.
