Ok here the skill description
" Use your spear and shield to attack enemies. Deals additional damage when an attack is countered "
Normally to counter normal monster you need to use skill when that monster ready to attack and if counter success you will deal around double damage.(Some say that I need to counter after receive Dmg for a very short time frame or blocking attack)
Now do anyone know how can I counter boss monster(mine crystal mission/ dungeon)?
Can I counter when boss use skill?
Any help?
i don’t think anyone has ever worked it out for this skill. it’s probably broken.

Every time you block using your offhand key, you get a short buff (Countered) that amplifies the damage of some skills. Note, this doesn’t happen when you block passively.
