If im planning to run a DEX build, which skill is a more effective pick?
Does Stabbing fall off after awhile, like its damage numbers imply?
Is it worth skipping over Long Stride to run both?
This is specifically for a C2 Hoplite going into Corsair.
From my understanding, Stabbing > Pierce because Pierce would/should only be used on bigger enemies/bosses and the fact that Stabbing has more hits, thus it scales better. I don’t know about Long Stride; I didn’t use it in iCBT2 due to it’s long cooldown, but could see putting a point in it and Spear Lunge for mobility and the Thrust debuff especially if you’re going to Corsair2. That should leave you with a maxed Stabbing and Finestra, 8 in Pierce, and 1 in Long Stride and Spear Lunge. Hope this helps.
Yea, that makes sense. For awhile I debated over pushing Spear Lunge to 4 and leaving Pierce at 5 but then Pierce damage would become negligible. Thanks, ill probably go with that.
