shinobis abilities seem to be pierce, so i figured building some hoplite with it which increases piercing damage is a good idea
hexen dropper is also a pierce type ability so i can see that working out pretty good.

From what I’ve heard, Sword2 is absolutely not worth it, sword3 is good but sword2 should be replaced by something else
That’s what I came up with, too, except Peltasta, instead of c2 swordsman, since you can use 1h+dagger to taunt.
However, since I’ve heard that Shinobi can only use swordsman and shinobi skills with the clones, I dropped it and went with doppel as my rank 7 choice.
This is my current setup
If by the time I reach rank 7 I find more information on Shinobi and what I’ve heard gets disproved, then I might consider going shinobi again.

As for your build, drop 4 points from Spear Lunge, as it is not the greatest damaging skill, just take 1 point for the debuff, put 4 more points into stabbing.
Take double weapon assault as corsair, that’s the whole point of going c2 corsair, to make 1h+dagger more effective.
If you’re not planning to PvP, then drop Iron Hook and Keel Hauling, it’s meh in PvE.
I had thought of this idea before also. A build something like this? I left 5 points in Shinobi for you to decide.
No, it’s not. It’s Hexen Dropper. DWA is enough at lvl 1.
