This quest is completely retarded. Game just doesn’t want me to play it i guess, since i need +6 spear, i already got double fails for +6 enchantment, i have like 300k silver in the AH, but the game somehow want me to wait for them like 3x amount of time i farmed them, this is so nice i can’t even say anything. All friends i’m playing with got their C4 advances and go along, and i stuck in silver farming limbo, thats so nice IMC.
If you’re trying to upgrade a level 75 spear, stop and upgrade a level 40 one, it’s cheaper to upgrade.
In case you were trying with a 75.

You should buy +6spear from other player with market, it quite cheaper than enchant with yourself. Yesterday I bought +6 lv40 spear just 25000
