Is Hoplite 3 Crucial for a dragoon c2 pve build built for wb/dungeon farming/rush
or a flexible build
Hoplite c2 - Cata -doppel-dragoonc2 be better
or is it really a big dps factor getting that hoplite c3?

imo it depend on pvp.
if u only pve, hop2 should be enough.
if pvp, the corsair hook + spear throw + dethrone could be pretty effective now that spear throw got buffed.
and dont take 1 cata. cata3 or none. (running is faster than cata1 trot)
i see i was just thinking of earth wave/trot as utility
than taking hoplite c3. im all about pve .
You can’t use doppel’s cyclone while mounting,

Trot is ■■■■ at level 5 only, really. If you want to PVP, instead of Cata 1, Corsair is a better choice by ten miles, really. Either go Cata 3 or no at all like above has said.
If you are talking PVE, Hop 3 > Doppelsoldner is the standard build in KR right now that is used for compare DPS with other classes. Have yet to see Hop 2 > Cor 2 though.
it actually work pretty well for pvp, and farming.
one just need to know what one’s doing.
pve mission is more pain in the ass because pet get 1 shot by boss because they are severely under leveled.

I got no sissels but a max Peta and a +8 catacombs pike, 500 str at lvl 228 dragoon, my stabbing has only 25% upgrade and it does 15k crits ~9/10k nornal attaks, I guess that with sissel x2 and some 80%~ upgrad in attribute the damage must be insane,
Besides finestra 15 has no equal and it’s the main hoplite buff
Go Hop3. Hop3 is buffed pretty decently. Spear Throw hits 3 times, new attribute boosts your damage vs. medium targets (which is most mobs, and all players). Cata1 is awful. You move faster dashing on foot than you do with level 5 trot.

and you can also leave Synchro Thrusting to 0 and go for stabbing/pierce

it is, max finstra and now u have 20% more dmg to medioum monsters with 1h spear (with swashbulk will help u grind a lot)
